Manufacturers submitting lead sheets confirm that all product listings, licensing compliance, and tax registries are verified. Incorrect or falsified stock details will lead to onboarding termination.

All specific logistics commissions, pricing margins, storage delivery SLAs, and outstanding credit collect routines are governed under separate signed collaboration agreements, not standard site terms.

Any disputes related to our platform usage or regional logistics will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the corporate courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
