By visiting the D & T Network platform, you agree to comply with standard Pakistani trade regulations and these service clauses. These platforms serve FMCG manufacturers looking for regional distribution representation.
2. User Representations
Manufacturers submitting lead sheets confirm that all product listings, licensing compliance, and tax registries are verified. Incorrect or falsified stock details will lead to onboarding termination.
3. Operational Limitations
All specific logistics commissions, pricing margins, storage delivery SLAs, and outstanding credit collect routines are governed under separate signed partnership agreements, not standard site terms.
4. Liability & Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to our platform usage or regional logistics will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the corporate courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
